General Body Meeting

2011 General Body Meeting

The Reservoir Fisheries Habitat Partnership is inviting its partners and all interested parties to attend its 2nd Annual Membership Meeting at the London Bridge Resort on Lake Havasu, Arizona. This meeting will build on the momentum from last year’s inaugural meeting held in association with the Toyota Texas Bass Classis at Lake Conroe, Texas. This year’s meeting will kick off with a tour of Lake Havasu on Monday afternoon, October 24, to allow participants to view some of the last 20 years of habitat restoration work conducted through the Lake Havasu Fisheries Improvement Project. The membership meeting will be held on Tuesday and consists of presentations and working committee break-out groups. The Steering Committee will meet on Wednesday. A draft agenda is available to help with travel justification.

Lodging and meeting accommodations will be provided by the London Bridge Resort in Lake Havasu City, AZ. A block of rooms has been reserved at the government rate ($77/night). 2 bedroom suites will be available in the room block for the rate of $115/night. Contact the hotel for reservations: www.londonbridgeresort.com ; 866-644-7274.

GROUP BLOCK CUT-OFF DATE: All reservations must be made by September 24, 2011.
Any unsold rooms will be released back into Resort’s inventory for resale. Reservationswill continue to be accepted based upon availability at the Resort’s prevailing rate. Any remaining rooms will become subject to the attrition provisions as outlined in agreement.

Travel by air should be through either Las Vegas or Phoenix.
